GM’ Saturn, Saab and Hummer brands are not dead yet, but a few dealers are now curtailing car orders like they were. There were some internet rumors saying that General Motors will move 9-3’s production to General Motors Europe’s Opel factory in Ruesselsheim, near Frankfurt, in Germany, from Saab’s Trollhattan, Sweden, plant.
