MINI owners can now access roadside assistance with the touch of an icon on their iphone
 MINI USA announced today the introduction of a free app to MINI owners that allows access to roadside assistance with the touch of an icon. The new MINI Road Assist mobile application was developed by Allstate Roadside Services and is available for iPhone and select BlackBerry users. BMW sales in July are down with 12.6 percent

BMW Canada reaches 3,000 sales in a month for the 1st time ever
 While the sales are suffering in general across south on the border there, BMW sold over 3,000 autos in the Canadian territory last month for the 1st time ever. The luxury carmaker from Germany sold in June 3,003 BMW models, a 2 % raise over prior year.Mixed with Mini, Group Canada BMW sold last month 3,531 vehicles, a drop less than one percent, if you compare it to the same time last year.BMW credits a fabulous 283 % raise in demand for Z4 plus 88 % grow in demand for that 7-Series sedan range-topping.However, the sales for Mini were down fifteen % in June.
