Mazda and Honda suspend U.S. orders from Japan-made models
After a short reopening period, Mazda has taken the decision to suspend all the U.S. orders for Japan-made models. The main reason is that the car manufacturer is shutting its plants after the devastating quake. Jay Amestoy, the automaker's American spokesman officially announced that the decision would affect those shipments of cars that were due to arrive in the U.S. in May. The probable date when the activity at the factory resumes, remains uncertain. Honda announced yesterday that Ancura's new refined TL model will get on sale in the United States in March 18.
