GM raises the Daewoo stake
 U.S. builder's General Motors piece in South Korean automaker Daewoo raised from 51 up to 70.1 % as a direct result of the 412 million Dollars offer of rights to which General Motors was the subscriber, the only one. As a result, KDB (Korean Development Bank's) slice decreased from 28 down to 17 %. Ford begins on September 8 the Romanian production
 Ford starts production at the new factory in Craiova - Romania, on 8th of September. It will make the Transit Connect, unit build also in Turkey, scheduled to be released next year worldwide.Daewoo used this new facility; the US maker bought it back this year in March.  GM tries to find solutions on becoming again what it was: a profitable car maker.
