Wiesmann Roadster MF5 coming to Frankfurt

The Frankfurt International Motor Show that will take place in the German city of Frankfurt will be the host of the world premiere of a great car, the Wiesmann Roadster MF5. The Wiesmann Roadster MF5 will be an open air sibling of the Wiesmann GT MF5.

The Wiesmann Roadster MF5 will be produced in only 55 units that will be available worldwide. As you might have guessed already, the Wiesmann Roadster MF5 will get its power from the same BMW V10 engine that is available on the Wiesmann GT MF5. The BMW V10 engine has an output of 506 horsepower and 520 Nm of torque. Thanks to the extraordinary power of the BMW engine, the Wiesmann Roadster MF5 will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.9 seconds and a maximum speed of 310 km/h.

The looks of the Wiesmann Roadster MF5 will have the same retro style design pattern that is typical for the Wiesmann company. Still, there are no details regarding the new removable lid of the Wiesmann Roadster MF5. The roadster version of the MF5 will have an extendable rear wing that is destined to give a precise handling on both the road and race track that used together with a retuned suspension setup will guarantee the stability of the car, even at high speeds. Other main features of the Wiesmann Roadster MF5 are DSC, ABS, a torsion resistant aluminum monocoque with integrated side impact protection, dual stage driver and passenger airbags and many other safety features. Thanks to all of these safety features, the happy owners of a Wiesmann Roadster MF5 will be able to enjoy a fabulous driving experience in complete safety.
