World debut of Seat Ibiza ST Bocanegra at Worthersee 2010
Filed under:Seat, European,

Few people know that Worthersee is an alpine lake in Austria. Only a few people know that yearly, since 1981, Worthersee is the host of the largest Audi and Volkswagen car show in Europe.
As
Seat is a member of the Volkswagen Group, it was only natural that they participated at the 2010 Worthersee event.
In the center of attention at the
Seat stand were two Seat Ibiza ST (Sports Tourer) models. The first one was a Seat Ibiza ST with an aggressive package of accessories. But the one model that really caught attention was a Seat Ibiza ST with an aggressive black fascia first seen on the Seat Ibiza Bocanegra.
Unfortunately, we do not know if the Seat Ibiza ST Bocanegra will turn out to be a production model or if is just a show car. Also, we do not know if it gets its power from the same 1.4 liter twin charged TSI engine found in the Seat Ibiza Cupra Bocanegra (180 horsepower) and the
Seat Ibiza FR (150 horsepower). The reason for why we do not know any of these things is because
Seat did not offer any specific details regarding the two
Seat Ibiza ST models.
Below you have a large photo gallery showing both the Seat Ibiza ST Bocanegra (the car in white with a black fascia) and other interesting
Seat models present at the 2010 Worthersee event.
