Opel resurrects the Calibra

The Calibra coupe from Opel will be resurrected, an official information which was released by the President of GM Europe, Nick Reilly. The GTC Concept is expected to have inspired the styling of the model, which will be a 2+2, while more details appear to be limited considerably. The Calibra is said to provide a variety of petrol and diesel engines, while it will be based on the Insignia. Sources announce the range-topping OPC variant to feature all-wheel drive and a turbocharged 2.8-liter V6 with 321 hp and 435 Nm of torque.
We suppose everyone is looking forward to its launch, but no exact date is known.
