Mercury roll into the past with build of final grand Marquis

A Grand Marquis, the previous Mercury rolled off the line of production on Tuesday in the assembly plant of Ford Motor Co.’s in Ontario and St. Thomas, marking the end officially of one more Detroit brand.

It was recorded that the Grand Marquis had been manufactured approximately for 25 years at St.Thomas. In addition, for the betterment of the company, the plant will certainly continue the production of the Ford Crown Victoria for police fleet and taxi until the plant’s slated finish in the month of September.

It has been observed that in the United States Ford Motors has sold in excess of 21 million Mercury cars and trucks since the brand deducted with model of 1938.
