2011 Jeep Compass was spy photographed

The 2011 model year of the Jeep Compass appears to be receiving a much-needed makeover and this fact is proven by these latest spy photographs which show the new changes, save for the unaltered shape, but the front end is definitely more attractive than the current model as it was revised by the engineers. It is quite obvious that the model represents a derivative of the Grand Cherokee, but still pointing to an important step forward.
At the rear, a new set of LED taillamps appear, together with slightly reworked lower fascia and rear bumper. Just as most 2011 model year Chrysler models, the new Compass is likely to benefit from a greater interior which incorporates high-quality materials as well as a tweaked overall design, with practically no expected changes under the hood, which will host the 2.0 and 2.4-liter four-cylinder "World Engines", but we still expect some improvements to the vehicle’s ride, handling and NVH.
The refreshed Compass is expected to make its long-waited debut under the lights of Cobo Hall with the Detroit Auto Show only a few weeks away.
