Spy pics of the new 2012 Jaguar XK Cabriolet

A new set of spy pictures surfaced to the press. This time the star of the day was the new 2012 Jaguar XK Cabriolet facelift. A car that is supposed to bring a lot of changes to the brands image.
Even if this is not the first time that the new car was spotted, the English car manufacturer chose to keep the XK Cabrio under an extensive full body camouflage that masks the extensive design changes that the facelift brings to the Jaguar.
Still we already know that the 2012 XK will feature new front and rear bumpers, new head and tail lights and also a number of other small modifications. Even so, under the hood the XK cabriolet is very likely to keep the old aspirated 5.0 liter, V8, 380 hp engine.
Also, another brand new appearance on the British roads these days was the Jaguar XK R facelift model, the big brother of the XK. Still, unlike his small brother, the XK R will have a supercharged 5.0 liter V8 that will output 503 hp. Also, the XK-R will feature a brand new interior that will be inspired from the one installed on the XJ, with higher quality materials, yet retaining the sporty feeling the XK is known for.
