Brabus T65 RS launched

Klaus Brackmann and Bodo Buschmann founded Brabus back in 1977 in Bottrop, Germany.
Brabus is maybe the biggest and most popular tuning company that specializes in
Mercedes Benz models. They also specialize in the modification of Maybach and Smart models.
Brabus is famous for its extremely sporty version of regular
Mercedes models.
Their latest creation is no exception at all. The name of their latest beast is
Brabus T65 RS. The word beast is not used accidently. The
Brabus T65 RS is based on the Mercedes Benz SL65 Black Series, the latest model from Mercedes.
The regular Mercedes Benz SL65 AMG Black Series is no regular model either. It gets its power from a V12 biturbo engine capable of developing 670 horsepower. Thanks to the powerful engine, the Mercedes Benz SL65 AMG Black Series manages to go from 0 to 60 mph (0 to 96 km/h) in 3.9 seconds. As you can see, the Mercedes Benz SL65 AMG Black Series is quite a beast.
Well, if the Mercedes Benz SL65 AMG Black Series is a beast, then the Brabus T65 RS is the devil.
Based on the most recent model of the German automaker, the new Brabus T65 RS gets luxurious, multifunction seats instead of the awfully uncomfortable seats found on the regular Mercedes Benz SL65 AMG Black Series.
Moving on the most interesting part, the Brabus T65 RS gets its power from a twin turbo Brabus V12 engine capable of developing 800 horsepower and 1100 Nm of torque. Other modifications include four intercoolers between the engine and the new hood scoop as well as a new stainless steel high performance exhaust system with free flow metal catalysts. Very impressive.
The numbers are just fabulous. The top speed is electronically limited to 200 mph or 320 km/h but it manages to go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds and from 0 to 124 mph (0 to 200 km/h) in 9.8 seconds. Still, the car manages to meet the EURO IV emissions standards.
