AT&T starts campaign against texting and driving

AT&T has launched an 11-minute video for supporting the argument against texting and driving. This campaign launched in the month of March and the main purpose of this vides is to reach consumers before New Year’s Eve.
This video will bring some awareness among people and tell them stories of those people who are badly affected by the hands of driving just because of their texting while driving. This thing is very important and this message has to spread all over the world. This video tells stories of Mariah West parents, who also died while driving after ending the text message “Where u at?” to one of their friend.
AT&T is trying to spread this video among different schools and many other organizations, which are responsible for safety measurements. This AT&T is also giving its message through this video to the Governmental agencies and other relevant authorities on the most popular streaming channel website YouTube.
Texting while driving has become chronic problem and it is causing many problems. Most of the people are suffering from the bad effects of texting while driving. The department of Transportation reports that the merciless hands of distracted driving killed more than 5,500 people and it is not the end because many people were affected by serious injuries and fatalities. Most of them are of under age 20.
The famous Pew Internet American Life Project reported that 26 percent teens have texted while behind the wheels and 43 percent people have made or attended calls while driving. This is serious problem and for this, AT&T is playing its role by organizing 11 –minute video.
